Ht. 5'11, Wt. """ - Okay so today is my second day being a vegan! No meats or dairy products.. i am going to start taking supplements to though... at around 10 this morning I had a banana and wheat cereal with no milk of course... then at around 12:30 I had a small salad with italian dressing, then at 3:30 had a veggie burger on one slice of whole wheat bread cut in half. It was actually really good! I love veggie burgers! lol.. i atually it plain with mustard.. i cant have even light mayo because it has eggs in it! :P ... so where do i get kashi or puffin bars? Are they in most stores? By the way... I heard it's better if I eat at like 9 a.m. then at 11 have a snack like a piece of fruit and at like 12:30 have lunch.. and then 2:00 another tiny snack and then at 5 have dinner.. is that good? Should I eat at certain times? I have a hard time making times to eat without eating past 6.. and thats one of my goals is to not eat past 6.. ( thats when ur body starts slowing down) .. any ideas? love, chloe
