Ht. 5'6, Wt. 270 - i've been struggling for the past week with my eating, I haven't been exercising because i'm stillll waiting forr Christmas to get my PlayStation2 and Dance Dance Revolution. I cannot eat lunch at school and at my school they do not allow bag lunches (yes stupid I know) so since I wear my heavy coat now I was thinking of bringing a sandwhich and a bottle of water one day then a nutri-grain bar and water the next, just switch em up everyday i'll hide the food in my coat. Then when I get home just wait for dinner w/e that will be. I try to eat salads but I never eat them everyday. And they spoil, so I have to find an alternative, people say drink green tea, whats an alternative to GREEN tea, because I find it disgusting. Anyways replies are needed. Good luck to everyone else :)
