Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 c:161.5 g:160 - YES GUYS! I haven't messed up in two days! Go me! lol..anyways, today is my 'fun' food day, where i let myself have one fun food, under 150 calories of course. So that was this small piece of pumpkin thingy, with a lil bit of frosting, and a glass of apple cider after church. Breakfast-1 cup of oatmeal with walnuts and a little bit of brown sugar (250 calories) Lunch-Frozen dinner with a tortilla (350 calories) Snack-1 piece of wheat bread with 1 tbls of peanut butter (160 calories). Dinner-Turkey breast, spinich leaves, and a little bit of italian dressing on a tortilla (220 calories) So that is about...1100ish, which means I'm doing good. I have also had like 5 or 6 water bottles (10-12 8 ounce glasses of water). Oh yeah! And i also did 45 minutes of DDR. Am i doing ok??
