Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 162 - HELLLLLLLLO. I did good today i was so proud. i had oatmeal and an orange for bf then lunch i had subway.. snack i had a 120 cal oat bar thing .. a couple handfuls of popcorn... dinner we had soup which i didn't eat that much of then i had another snack bar thing after the gym .. at the gym i did the eliptical for 30 minutes then the stair stepper for 15 i burned about 500 and some odd calories :) then i cam ehome and did 400 situps and yeah i think i did pretty dang good.. i hope everyone else had a gooood day <333
