Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 236 - For anyone who wants to know how I lost 11 pounsd in 18 days here it is: You have to do weight training : more muscle = burn more fat. Also do 30 - 60 min of cardio (ride bike, [play sports, run up/down stairs just run) anything that gets you tired and out of breath. Here is what I ate. Breakfast (7:30) Bowl of Special K cereal with 1% milk. Snack (10:00)1 balance bar. Lunch (12:30 = small turkey sandwhich with veggies and whole wheat bread small!! Afternoon snack (3:00) Protein shake 1/2 slim fast. Dinner (5:30 - 6:00) 1 medium size peice of grilled chicken with steamed brocolli. Thats it. Also remeber to drink tons of water. It helps.
