Ht. 5'6, Wt. 270 - TODAY, I think I did pretty good lol. For breakfast I had sausage and eggs, I was out of cereal and I sorta snacked on chips for lunch and for dinner since we're in the process of making Thanksgiving dinner I have to make something easy and the only thing I have is a mini pepperoni pizza thats like 350 cals, and with that i wont have pop-soda, i drink water...and since I havent started my "diet" yet I am not exercising but I think I did good on eating today, nothing really greasy, comments welcome
