Ht. 5.2, Wt. 151 - Hey, I haven't been here in a while, and I think I've gained a good stone, so I want to get back on the diet and lose 2 stone. When you look at it in pounds, like, 28 pounds, it doesn't seem that much. I've been trying to work up the nerve to join this gym near me, but I can't I'm such a wuss. I know I need to exercise, last year I managed to lose 10 pounds but it took forever. Like, months. What type of exercise do you do?  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
