Ht. 5'4, Wt. B-313 A-166 - Hey Everyone! I just wanted to say that you guys shouldn't be putting yourselves down like you do! You gotta learn to be strong and confident, when you're confident you can accomplish anything! I've lost 147 pounds, without diet pills, starving myself or surgery. I workout 5 days a week for about a hour a day. I eat moderately, I don't deprive myself of the foods I love, i'm not going to do that. I couldn't imagine living the rest of my life on a diet, it's just not healthy! You gotta remember, when you go on a diet, it's just a quick fix but when you eat moderately and healthfully it will last forever. When I look at old pictures of myself, I don't look like the same person, it's so shameful to know I made my body that way. My dad passed away a year and a half ago, it seems like it was just yesterday. I moved to be with my Grandma after he passed away, she's been such a blessing. If I didn't have her I don't know where I'd be. I had such a rough life before, I delt with drugs with my dad, mental illness with my mom and living day by day, I never knew what was going to come next. I just wanted to say that I know that y'all can do it, if you set your heart and soul to it. Remember that it isn't going to come off in 1 week, it could even take several months. Don't get discouraged!!! Hold you're head up high and tell yourself everyday that i'm going to loose the weight for me and nobody else. Don't let your friends and family force you into it. You have to make that decision on your own.
