Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 ish I think? - Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been online my computer was down. Anyway I work out 50 min a day now and burn 500 calories now matter what. Sometimes on weekends if I'm really into working out I burn 1000 calories. Last weekend I burnt 1150 calories in one day. I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast (Home made) 150 cals. Lunch I have a salad and Dinner anything I want but it's norm more oatmeal cause I LOVE IT or its something my mom makes. Anyway I didn't gain any weight at thanksgiving matter of fact I lost!! I must have I lost 2 inches in my waist in a week!! I'm so happy!!! I'm going shopping Friday for new clothes and I'm an 11 in juniors pants finally and a M - L in juniors shirts!!! I'm gonna go down to a 9 in juniors pants then I'm gonna stop cause I'll be a medium in shirts and such. But anyway I was away from the site for a week and lost. It's kinda strange but I think it's b/c I wasen't always online. Well good luck everyone!!!
