Message Replying To From *, Age 15 Ht. over 5 ft 4, Wt. ??? - ok before i posted as fat as you might of seen. Id like to lose the weight and then build muscle, as id assume u need to burn fat covering the muscles in the ab area in order to build muscle. Tips on how to do this plz. Btw is it possible to lose 5 pounds a week? If so how (in a healthy non starvation way)? |
