If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Shay, Age 17 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - today i did pretty good...for breakfast i had 1 bowl of south beach cereal with skim milk, for lunch i had an instant breakfast drink thing by carnation, & for dinner i had healthy choice soup & a few saltine crackers (low sodium ones)...i also drank alot of water..my goal is to get down to about 128 by new years! |
