If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Elizabeth, Age 14 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - 175 ish - Hey everyone, I agree w/ Megan that it's a good thing not to come on here 24/7. I lost 2 pounds by not coming on here for a few days. I dk why I just wasen't sitting on my butt, worrying about my weight, and complaining. Instead I was working out and having fun. I used to have an eating disorder where all I'd care about is working out and how much food I ate. I was at the point where I'd only eat 800 cals a day then work out 50 min and burn off 500 cals. It was awful. You lose part of your life worrying about all that crap. Lifes to short don't worry about your weight 24/7! It's good thing to want to change but don't think about it 24/7 there's more to life then weight. Good luck everyone! |
