Ht. 5'7, Wt. 175 - HEY! I'VE GOT SOME TIPS FOR EVERYONE! just to let y'all know, i've lost about 10 pounds since i first have gone on this (which was about 5 weeks ago) To some it might seem like 10 pounds in 5 weeks isn't a lot at all, but remember, muslce weighs more than fat, so when you do cardio and other exercises you may also be building muscle. Anywho, here are a few random tips/exercises that can help you! #1 Replace sodas with water! it cuts out a good bit of unneeded calories! #2 If you have a low metabolism (due to genetics) take One-a-Day Active. Don't worry, they aren't drugs, just vitamins to help you. #3 If you don't exactly like eating breakfast in the morning because your stomach can't take it, drink Carnation Breakfast Shakes. They have tons of good vitamins and it's filling. #4 Flabby arm fat sucks (i have some and i hate it) and the one exercise that i find effecient is where you use 3 pound weights and you lift your arms straight up to the ceiling and bend you are (at the elbow of course, lol) towards your back. After about 20 reps, you may begin to feel it burn. I hope tht was descriptive enuf. #5 If you prefer exercising at home like me, it's really great to have cardio videos. I suggest Crunch Dance (which has great island dances and such) and they are really fun. #6 Don't get addicted to the scale! I have chosen to weigh myself every Friday just to keep track. Oh and don't weigh urself if ur on ur period. your weight goes up and down during that time, so avoid the scale #7 and most of all, as cliche as it sounds, have fun! :) when ever u r exercising and you think "oh i can't take this!" just think about how beautiful you are and how good ur gonna look! :) good luck all! :)
