Ht. 5'6, Wt. 153 - Hi ppls I've almost lost 40 pounds I started on august i weighted 190.All I do is do that bicycle that can't move on Mon, Tue, thurs, fri afterschool sat is optional and no work out on wed and sun.Im in dance in school and it's really cool sometimes i stretch after working out.I eat cereal 4breakfast and i eat at school cause food from school dosn't make u fat.
