Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 Mid: 170 G:140 - Hey everyone, I think i've finally gotten my plan in order to lose weight. Every morning i'll have some type of whole grain cereal with 2 percent milk. For lunch i'll have a ham and cheese sandwhich or a granola bar and some fruit and water. For dinner, anything thats cooked but very small portioned. And until I get the job i'm looking for I will exercise in the mid afternoon (afterschool) before dinner maybe even in the morning. I am going to be doing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) as my exercise. I'm setting a goal for March to have lost 30-35 pounds. BTW I am starting the exercise part the day after Christmas because thats when I will have DDR. If anyone has any fruit ideas that aren't sticky like oranges I can eat with my lunch? *please reply* :)
