Ht. 5'1'', Wt. ... - Ok ermm, I have this problem. You see I've tried very hard to keep my body, well, in shape, and it's finally coming around but you know people usually just check their weight, I think different, I think when you finally get to the place where you're satisfied with your weight or almost, you have to pay attention to your body parts. Like, oh I'm too fat here or too fat there, in my case, it's my butt, and thighs, any tips on how to get them toned? I can't count calories, I don't even know what they are, so don't tell me anything about food, just the do-it-yourself simple stuff. Help please?!
