Ht. 5'3", Wt. 130 - AHH!!! I just checked the scale and at only five foot three inches I'm pushing 130 pounds! Someone please give me some suggestions. I've been battling with my weight since I was in 2nd Grade and I really just want to get to where I'm comfortable with my body. I was at 125 in the summer and got down to 120 but lately I've been feeling sick and lazy and apparently I've gained about 10 pounds! Please someone help me! I know that I have to eat right and exercise but does someone know a website or something that tells me healthy things to eat?
