Message Replying To From Ryan, Age 15 Ht. 5'10", Wt. 180 - Hey guys I need help myself! I feel over weight, and i just foudn out im at risk of being overwieght. Anyone have any tips for me please? This is my 3rd day of trying to lose weight. Today I did 450 jumping jacks, up/ down the stairs a few times. 15 crunches, 15 sit-ups and im only drinking water and im substituting dinner for cereal. I know im round, but i if i press on my chest, i can like feel my ribs after pressing, so i think my bones are large or something, so i dont wont anymore muscle because i dont wanna look bulky, i wanna look really slim, i dont wanna have curves on my body. Anyone knwo the ideal weight for a 15 yr old male to have a flat chest? This is embarrassing to talk about except online. Thanks for all your support. |
