Ht. 5'3, Wt. 130.5 - how i lost it was just doing it the traditional way eating less and exercising, what really helped me was i worte what i ate down so i was aware of what i was doing, i eat lots of whole grains and a sweet once or twice a week, this is how i eat 3-6 grains, 3fruits, 5 veggies, 8oz of protein, 2-3 calcium, and get a little bit of the good kinda fat in my diet that's how i earned the shopping spree
