Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - Hey guys, I was thinking that it may help all of us, if we, as a group came up with weekly challenge. I mean, someone comes up with a goal (something reasonable, like drinking enough water, or eating fruit everyday, or something that will help our lifestyle change), and everyone who wants to participate posts at least once a week to share how successful they were with that goal. It will be more motivation for us. What do you guys think? Would anyone be interested in this kind of thing?
