Message Replying To From Elizabeth, Age 14 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish? - Hey everyone!! Hope you are all having a great christmas and didn't pig out too much haha but hey that's ok christmas comes once a year! Anyway I didn't do good at all today oops... I ate like 7 cookies and they 4 pieces of cake and other stuff. Anyway since I found out you can work out all day there's no stopping time I worked out for 50 min before we went to my family party and burnt 500 calories. Then when we got home I jumped on the exercise bike for another 60 min and burnt 600 calories making a total of 1100 calories burnt today!! I think I did great on the work out part!! I might work out a little more but I know I wont gain anything now. (I'm trying my best to maintain, and dang it's a hard job!!)Also since I worked out for 30 min today my metabolism will burn an extra 13 hours tonight! So if anything I might drop a pound or just maintain. But I'm so happy about that! I got to pig out and not worry!! I just want my new clothes to fit since I got so many today. Hope you all are doing good. Just thought I'd share my happy news (well it made me happy anyway).Merry Christmas!! |
