Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 - Hey, y'all! I have another problem. I asked my sister for help, and she is being really helpful, and we came up with a good plan, but when I was about to have one of my favorite healthy snacks that my mom suggested, plain yogurt with some of my mom's amazing homemade jam, my sister said i shouldn't and that jam was all sugar! She suggested something else, and I replied with "to tell you the truth, that doesn't really seem like it would be good" or something, and she said "because junk food is good!" (sarcastically!) I got mad at her because I NEVER eat junk food! JAM AND LOWFAT PLAIN YOGURT IS NOT JUNK FOOD! DORITOS AND FRENCH FRIES AND PIZZA ARE JUNK FOOD! I don't know what to do! We are going shopping for fruit tomorrow, which I love, but this isn't fair! She is basically telling me that I can't eat anything that tastes good unless SHE decides that it's healthy! We started today, but it's CHRISTMAS for Pete's sake! I couldn't even indulge in my fabulous holiday treats that I got! Now I feel that they'll go to waste and my sister and I will be mad at each other and I really am about to have some sort of breakdown -- I think I already did, and I am getting depressed! It's so awful, and my Christmas was not as fun as it should have been! PLEASE HELP ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
