Message Replying To From Helen, Age 16 Ht. 5'6, Wt. more then it looks - woo i grew an inch lol sorry i only just measured my height today after a year .. i was soo proud! lol anways.. todays eating wasnt the best but it wasnt outrageous like it has been in the past and i have found that i havent been eating as much as i use to but i havent weighed my self so who knows if its helping....today i did 10 miles on my exercise bike yay go me! and 25 situps and 25 cross crunches! well to every one thats starting a diet heres a tip dont think about what your eating think about how much like today i wanted a chocolate bar so i was like hm... ok ill have one but i only ate half and next time i want one ill eat the other half...i know its hard to just put the thing down when your eating so just split in half once you get it that part isnt hard at all , also start an excersize plan that you can make a habit of every day because then you will never get off track! well goodluck |
