Message Replying To From Melissa, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - how much weight do you think i would lose if for breakfast i had a bowl of cerial, for lunch was a peanut butter and jelly or tuna sandwhich, and dinner was either a salad or chicken? i'm not starving myself eaither, if i'm hungry i'll eat fresh fruit or something, then i'd ride a bike an hour per day. |
