Message Replying To From jenilea, Age 14 Ht. 5ft8in, Wt. n/a - hey, so ive decided, 2k6, new year new ways huh?! this is the yr im going to finally lose the 20lbs ive been moanin about all through 2k5 and im going to do it through healthy eating and good old exercise!! since the week b4 xmas all ive eaten is fast food, sweets and fizzy juice and you know what- i feel like crap! its not really just feeling fat, i feel bloated and constantly tired, i cant wait to feel good about myself again after a year of putting myself down and feel so self conscious about my body. im not going to make a target of like 1-2lbs a week, im going for a more long term target so im hoping to be a healthy 126lbs which will give me a BMI of 19.2 which is in the healthy weight range by July 31st (the day i go on holiday!!) I know that i could probably lose the weight much quicker than that like in 2-3 months but i want to do it slowly, i didnt put 20lbs on overnight so im not expecting to lose it that quicky either!! i cant wait to find a new me and i hope you can all do it too, so 4 every who iz going to make it work this yr gd luck, and 2 every1 happy new yr!! |
