Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey You Guys! Ive actually started eating healthier today. I think im going to do it. Hey its new years, and im actually going to follow through for once!!. My main problems on myself is right under my rib cage and down. I have DDR, does that count as cardio? and if so how long should i do it a day to see resluts in the next 2 months? (thats how long i have until my dance) Would i see results by then?? Oh and today so far i ate a salad i made myself. it had lettuce grilled chicken and ranch dressing. please reply because withoug all of your help i will end up giving up. PLZ!
