Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - Hi there! right this is my story... i posted on this bored like all of the time last year as my weight was 198lbs on 01.01.05 and in the january 05, i lost 10lbs by the help of people on this board! so now im here to lose more weight! On June 23rd i have my Prom and im soo excited as then ive finished school (i live in UK and im in Yr11) so i want to look good in a dress. My aim is to eat 1300cals per day, exercise for bout 1hr 30min per day including cardio, toning, weight etc and hopefully lose 1-3 lbs per week. I want to have lost around 30lbs by the end of march as in april i will be going to look for my prom dress. Do people think that this is an achievable goal??? And as i am quite tall i want to lose weight but not be a stick so after im around 147lbs ill decide then if i need to any more weight! But ive only started today as yesterday i didnt eat to well as i was still hung over from saturday night lol oh yea and no more alcohol as 1. Im underage anyway lol and 2. piled with calories!
