Message Replying To From Julie, Age 17 Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - IMPORTANT-EVERYONE READ!!!! Make sure you guys are eating enough! I know everyone says that you shouldn't eat if you're not hungry---BULL CRAP!!! You still need to make sure you are getting enough calories (from the right sources). Today, I wasn't hungry for some reason, so I just didn't really think about eating, it just wasn't on my mind. I did eat, just not enough. Then, later I went to the gym to work out. I usually go for about an hour, to an hour and a half. Today, after just 30 minutes, I felt really bad, so I gave up, and went up to my apartment. I then collapsed, and almost fainted (I got really dizzy, fell down several times, couldn't walk, my sight and hearing were coming and going for about 10 minutes). It was really bad. So, just make sure you always eat enough, whether or not your hungry. Just dont go overboard and eat a bunch that you dont need. |
