Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - well this is what i have eaten so far today, ( i no its not really really healthy but i did this last yr and i lost weight with it so hey lol) Breakfast - 3tblspoons of low salt baked beans, sausages grilled on george foreman, no snack, lunch brown roll, low fat spread, roast beef and a cheese twisty stick thing, no snack. Ive drunk so far 1.5litres. walked 2 miles with my friend, got back did 100 sit ups and weight and burned 250 cals on ski machine. For tea i am just making - 1 chicken breast - baked, 2 potatoes, carrots and peas oh yea also ive just made fat free jelly as i go back to school tomorrow and if im hungary i can snack on the jelly! how does this sound so far? thanx Lozza
