Ht. 5'3, Wt. 128 - if anyone wants to know what weight watchers is it'a this thing where u get a certain amount points for food u get to eat(points are chosen depending on weight) u eat very balacend, but nothing is restricted if u keep it in ur points it's ok. plus everyweek u go to this meeting where u get great tips and just enjoy urself, plus it's nice because this diet u can do ur whole life. Plus for every week u get flex points so if u ever go a touch over it's ok as long as u dont use up ur flex points. or u could do weight watchers other plan, core, this plan helps u stop ur cravings because u eat a lot of whole grains and organic stuff and u can eat as much of u want of it except when u eat a sweet a core u have these points to the side and u have to check how many points that food was worth off
