Ht. 5'5", Wt. 193 - hey guys. i'm going to do a three day detox. it has enough cals so that's why i'm doing it. you can lose 9 olbs the first time if you do it correctly. here's how it goes: first day, starting at 8 am, every two hours you drink a low sugar protien shake (mine is soy). at six you eat 6 cup of veggies with some meat, or half of an avacado. the next two days starting at 8am, eat a serving of fruit every two hours. for dinner do the same thing: six cups of veggies with some healthy meat. do not eat canned fruit of juices- because that process destroys all of the antioxidants and adds a lot of unneccesary sugar. take the rest of the week off- don't binge or eat seriuously unhealthy, though. just don't be as strict. i think i will do this once a week, and be healthy- but not worried for the time i have off. that way- i won't feel helpless that i'm stuck in a diet forever. i mean, it's only three days of the week. i'm also going to start seriously exersizing again. i need to. the stretch markls on my body tell me that- at least. man- i can't believe i went from 175 to 140, just to give up and gain 55 lbs back! that's disgusting! argh! i'm angry at myself! oh well- i'll do even better this time. and faster. i will!
