Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:208 G:145 - How many servings of carbs should I have a day in order to be losing weight? Currently, I'm eating about 3 servings. Weight Watchers cereal for breakfast and then throughout the day, maybe two peices of 100% whole wheat low cal bread. Some days it varies, but I'm just wondering if this is okay, or should I cut down? I try to eat the carbs earlier in the day, so I can burn them. Also, another question: I'm drinking about 2qts of water a day, is that good? Or should I add more. Keep in mind, this isn't all I eat in a day. I'll usually have a serving of protein and lots of veggies and maybe a yogurt if I get hungry. Thanks to all that answer. :)
