Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 Ilbs - Yeah, yet again on another run to lose weight. All of my friends are so pretty and skinny, and I'm really jelous. I've started drinking slim fast, and I think its helping because they make it really easy to think of what to have for breckfast and lunch. So from now on I'm going to have Brekfast: Slim fast and fruit Lunch: Slim fast and vegtables Dinner: Whatever my family has (my dad's a diabetic so we usually eat pretty healthy). Along with this I'm also going to do weight training every day before bed (It usually makes me sleepy, so...) and I'll go for walks and play DDR and stuff. I work pretty much every weekend and that involves a lot of walking so that's enough exersizing alone. I'm going to grad this year so I want to be really pretty for my dress. :'( I wanna fit into a pretty one so bad.
