Ht. 5"3, Wt. 165 - Ok today I think Ive done well... I had a really small bowl of low GI musli coz it expads in your stomach so u dont need alot.. yeah that filled me up heapz..then for lunch i had two massive handfulls of lettuce and some lean chicken breast.. a cup of green tea..and ive had 1 litre of water but im gonna have one more and then go on my rowing machine for 40 mins...good luck!!!
