Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Machala, Age 19 Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:208 G:145 - I've been eating really good lately, having a small bowl of weight watcher cereal with fat free milk for breakfast, a turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread with mustard and veggies, and then chicken breast and a veggie for dinner and if I get hungry, I'll have a peiceof fruit or something, but for some reason I'm not losing ANY weight, if anything, I'm gaining it. I try to work out as much as I can, but I'm really busy with school and work, so that leaves me little to no time. I used to eat 2000-3000 easily in one day and I wouldn't really gain weight, at least not in a short period of time, so now that I dropped my calorie intake to 1200-1500 a day, I should be losing, right? Even without excersise? I'm so confused and frusterated because I'm not. Can anyone help and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. |
