Ht. 5'8, Wt. 169 - Good morning everyone!! This morning I weighed myself and I weigh 169 - 170 in-between there!! I finally broke the 160's!!!!!!! Omg I'm so happy! Anyway Today I started my newer diet using slim fast. I love love love the shakes!! I had one already for breakfast then for lunch I'll have another shake and dinner a salad w/ fat free dressing. I'll probably go for an hour walk today too. Our XL - Glider broke so my mom wants to buy another one on wed. so until then I'll walk outside for a while. Anyway Monday since I can't take a shake to school I'll have a shake for breakfast, lunch: fat free turkey on 35 cal bread then dinner another shake. I'll just switch it around. My mom says she'll buy me slim fast snack bars and possibly more shake mix on wed. We're also going to look into some more work out equipment. So how does this sound?? and what kind of work out equipment would you all suggest that works? I was thinking weights and an ab work out thing but I'm not sure yet.
