Ht. 5'8, Wt. 169 - I know I just posted but how am I doing so far today? I had a slim fast shake for breakfast at 10 am when I woke up, and I drank 1 bottle of water I'm on my second bottle of water now. I'm gonna have my lunch shake in about 30 - 45 min I think b/c It's 1pm now. So far I only had about 200 cals b/c I only had the shake. My mom made pancakes but I said no to eating them and I'm so proud of myself (so is my mom)! My mom and I might go for a walk later too. I measured my waist and stuff again today and lost another inch!! So how did I do so far?
