Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Ok well its sunday and I dont think Im doing the best job so far for breakdfat i had 2 scrambled eggs with a few pieces of chopped turkey and on top a tablespoon of salsa (10 cals). For lunch i had about 3 tablespoons of rice with come gravy and a piece of pork meat abotu 1/2 the size of my fist. I know not the best but its what my parents cooked. Then after lunch i had 2 ritz crackers. And Ive been drinking water like crazy all day. So am i doing that bad?
