Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Im the type of person who likes to plan ahead so heres what i got planned as far as my meals. For breakfast i will have 2 scrambled eggs no salt or pepper and a bottle of water. Since i take p.e first hour ill burn off breakfast lol. Since ill be at school for lunch i will have a turkey sandwich using wheat bread and a small container of apple sause and a bottle of water. Ill burn lunch of at softball practice which is activity for like 2 hours. Not sure whats for dinner yet but how does the rest of my day sound??? Good? Bad? Any suggestions?
