Message Replying To From Lauren, Age 16 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 177 - well last monday i officially started my diet and i was 179lbs! and i pretty much messed it up because in my exercise and diet routine i am ment to exercise everyday but i exercised 3 times which included cardio 40min 100 sit ups and weights - im ment to do it every night! oh yea my diet was kind of ok but i ate about 8 kit kats ( the 2 finger ones) a bag of crisps, a mas bar, 2 fero roches (however ya spell em!) and did nt drink much at all stuck to water but sounds stupid but i sometimes forget to drink! well any way i weighed myself this morning and i have lost 2lbs. My way of thinking is - if i lose 2lbs and not follow my diet strictly, think of how much per week i could lose if i stick to it properly! well today i have eaten - 2slices on bacon(grilled) tomatoes and mushrooms, 2 apples, and a brown roll with lite spread and dairylea. Im not sure what to have for tea yea thou?? hmm well im off to exercise now lol lv loz ps hope everyone is doing well xx |
