Ht. 5'8, Wt. 169 - Hey everyone, How did I do today?? Breakfast : slim fast shake (300 cals) Lunch : Fat free turkey on 35 cal per slice bread, bottle of water (100 cals) Dinner : Another slim fast shake (300 cals) Snack: Orange ( - cals) So how did I do? I also took a long walk with my mom today and I'm gonna do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. So how did I Do?
