Message Replying To From Sami, Age 17 Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 159 - Hey guys! Ive done so good so far. yesterday i had smart start and an orange for bf .. lunch i had subway (honey oat turkey breast veggies and mustard)a small bag of baked doritos a few bites of my moms fish tacos.. then dinner i had a huge salad with a tuna sandwhich... then today i had 1 cup of smart start and my orange.. luch im having a lean cusine its a ravioli type thing 270 cal. with a bag of carrots and an orange. (im on an orage kick right now if you cant tell haha) then for din im gonna have grilled chicken with veggies then maybe some apple sauce for a snack.. i didn't go to the gyn yesterday cause i was swamped with school work but im going tonight and im gonna try to get a good hour workout in..my goal is to be about 130 by the end of the school yr in june (so about 30 pounds) I already lost 25 so i dont see why i cant lose 30. i took a picture of my body last night so i can see changes this time. i know im smaller because i lost 2 pant sizes but i wanna actually see the difference. oh and my sister orderd this jam outwork out thing from the tv.. your suppose to lose 10 pounds in your first 10 days..so when it gets here im gonna see if it really works and i'll let you guys know how it goes.. hope everyone is doing awesome!! |
