Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - Well I have not been on this site for a longtime, maybe around 2 months. Anyway I started my "diet" in september 2005 which was followed by 1 hour on the treadmill everyday and some other exercises I would do here and there. I weighed myself last night and I have lost 44 pounds since september. All I basically did was exercise every day of the week for 1 hour, on the treademill. I also eat much less then before, 3 meals a day not too big, no snacks in between really. Anyway I hope I keep it up, I know its tough sometime to keep at it because you feel tired from the last days exercise, but you got to push yourself. Heck I feel tired right now, But I plan to exercise soon. Good luck everyone.
