Ht. 5'2", Wt. 10lbs more to go - Well today was day 1 and I'm feeling good. I woke up early and had 2 eggwhites and half of a grapefruit which is usually my breakfast anyways. I tend to pig out b/w lunch and dinner and then on snacks. Otherwise my meals are usually healthy and portion control isn't a huge problem for me. I just will need a snack before or after dinner so i'll go for the cookie or something and instead of just having one i have to have like 15!! ughhh anyways so after breakfast I worked out on the eliptical for 30min!!! Burned 368 calories!!! Then did some crunches. Anyways now i'm just having a snack of grapes. Figure i'll have a salad with some coldcuts or something for lunch and then for dinner i'm making ground turkey meatloaf w/mushrooms and mashed potatos. And then for dessert i have either one of those no pudge ice cream bars or some light popcorn. Well goodluck everyone!!!
