Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - I need to know how I did today guys..I cut back on my breakfast meal intake until I can buy healthy filling foods. I had ONE slice of bacon, 1 egg and 1 piece of toast with a little margerine spread on it and a glass of milk. For lunch I had about 5 baked chicken tenders and 4 tator tots and milk. When I got home I was a little hungry, I had a little salami sandwhich with mustard, one slice of salami (70 cals) two slices of bread (80 cals per slice) and i've been drinking water since I got home. For dinner i'm making chicken noodle soup from scratch with carrots in it and water instead of lemonade even though one glass of lemonade is 60 cals. How did I do..and later on today/tonight i'm going to play DDR
