Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - I was down one more pound at weight watcers yerterday !!! YAAAy therfore i got my blue TEN POUND RIBBON ! WOO HOO !! I also just got back from the gym where i did 15 minutes of strenght traing , 10 minutes of weights and then 5 minutes stretching ! After that i went on the eliptical for 35 minutes and burned 300 calories !! WHOOOOO i feel GREAT! Lol i love the natural high excersise gives you!!! "Nothing tastes as great as thin feels"
