If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Anna, Age 17 Ht. 5'2-3, Wt. 137 - I'm not technically overweight, but I'd still like to lose weight. I have a busy work schedule that keeps me up until the early hours of the morning. It seems I have a hard time getting exercise in. So I generally just watch what I eat. Anyone have any suggestions for getting some more exercise in without losing sleep? |
