If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Sarah, Age 14 Ht. 5"4, Wt. 145 - hey guys! so im rele happy tht im getting closer to mii goal! so if ppl wanna know what i did to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks just msg me..today i was rele good though..I've offically given up ALL yes ALL junk food :O.. its not easy i'll say tht..so for breakfast i now always have orginal oatmeal.. lunch whole wheat bread(only one slice though) with some sort of meat..dinner w.e my mom makes.. then i go 30 mins on a bike.. 20 jumping jacks.. nd 150 situps.. so i only have 23 more pounds to go :D!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah does ne one want to be my "buddy" lol?? |
