Ht. 5"4, Wt. 145 - hey guys! so im rele happy tht im getting closer to mii goal! so if ppl wanna know what i did to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks just msg me..today i was rele good though..I've offically given up ALL yes ALL junk food :O.. its not easy i'll say tht..so for breakfast i now always have orginal oatmeal.. lunch whole wheat bread(only one slice though) with some sort of meat..dinner w.e my mom makes.. then i go 30 mins on a bike.. 20 jumping jacks.. nd 150 situps.. so i only have 23 more pounds to go :D!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah does ne one want to be my "buddy" lol??
