If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From kay, Age 16 Ht. 4'11, Wt. 155 - okay...is this good?: Breakfast:: Special K, water,fruit...Lunch:: half of a turky sandwich on light bread, grapes/chips, iced tea...Dinner::salad with some type of meat...also im not gunna eat after 7:30...Excercies:: 45 minutes of cardeo, 100 push-up, 100 sit-ups, 40 jumping jacks, streaching for 30 minutes, danceing for 30 minutes, practicing cheers, practiceing cheer dance and cheer, jumping drills, and tumbling, also i do various activiities through out the week including, dance for 2 days a week, and cheerleading for 3 days a week.....do you think this is healthy..and how much weight do you think i'll lose by june?? thanks so0o0 much! |
