Ht. 5,8, Wt. 150 - Hi everyone! Well i started my diet yesterday and i think im doing pretty good! my meal choices havent been the best bcos my mum was out food shopping over lunch so i just had to have what was there but at school i can have a healthier lunch so that will be beter 2moro! so far ive had bfast-special k lunch- a roll with a scotch pie on it and for tea im having what my mum makes but a smaller portion! ive drunk about 10 glasses of water and ive exercised for 30 mins how am i doing? reply plz x
